Q: Are there things to do nearby?

Yes! Check out the welcome pack in your pod for ideas on where to go or what to do. More information can be found here.

Q: Are your pods fully enclosed?

Yes, all of our pods are fully enclosed with a surrounding fence so you can enjoy the hot tub without worrying where your pet has went.

Q: Can you use the hot tub in all weathers?

Yes, every pod has a hot tub with a shelter above it to protect you from the elements and enjoy your hot tub experience.

Q: Do the pods have Wi-Fi?

Yes all pods have Wi-Fi you can find the password inside the pod on the TV stand/ welcome booklet.

Q: Do your pods have a fire pit?

Yes all pods have a fire pit. You can add on use of the fire pit and kit for £19 at anytime during your stay. It includes: Kindling Marshmallows Logs Fire starters Toasting forks and lighters are also provided in the pod drawer

Q: Do your pods have a BBQ?

Yes it does! You can add on use of the BBQ and a small bag of coals for £10 at anytime before or during your stay.

Q: What is your payment structure?

We take a 25% deposit at time of booking. The remainder of the balance will be taken from your account automatically. This usually takes place around 1 week before your stay dates. Please note that payment is required in full before any stay.

Q: How many people does each pod sleep?

Each pod has a comfy double bed which is suitable for 2 adults. There is also a sofa bed which can be booked on request to accommodate 1 extra adult or up to 2 kids under 10. Please note that if you wish to use the sofa bed there will be an additional charge of £25 for extra bedding.

Q: What are your check in/check out times?

All units are self check-in with the key in the lock box for your arrival. 4pm check in and 10am check out. We offer £10 per hour for later check out/ early check in depending on our availability.
