Yes, all of our pods are fully enclosed with a surrounding fence so you can enjoy the hot tub without worrying where your pet has went.
Yes, every pod has a hot tub with a shelter above it to protect you from the elements and enjoy your hot tub experience.
Yes all pods have Wi-Fi you can find the password inside the pod on the TV stand/ welcome booklet.
Yes all pods have a fire pit. You can add on use of the fire pit and kit for £19 at anytime during your stay. It includes:
- Kindling
- Marshmallows
- Logs
- Fire starters
- Toasting forks and lighters are also provided in the pod drawer
Yes it does! You can add on use of the BBQ and a small bag of coals for £10 at anytime before or during your stay.
We take a 25% deposit at time of booking. The remainder of the balance will be taken from your account automatically. This usually takes place around 1 week before your stay dates. Please note that payment is required in full before any stay.
Each pod has a comfy double bed which is suitable for 2 adults. There is also a sofa bed which can be booked on request to accommodate 1 extra adult or up to 2 kids under 10. Please note that if you wish to use the sofa bed there will be an additional charge of £25 for extra bedding.
All units are self check-in with the key in the lock box for your arrival. 4pm check in and 10am check out. We offer £10 per hour for later check out/ early check in depending on our availability.
Some of our pods are dog friendly and operate the following rules:
- Dogs must be well-behaved and not pose a threat to other guests or staff.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash or under control at all times.
- Dogs must be house-trained and not cause any damage to the property.
- Dogs must not be left unattended in or outside of the pod.
- Guests must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste properly (bags and bins provided)
- Guests must inform the accommodation in advance if they plan to bring a dog/s.
- Guests are required to pay an additional fee of £35 per dog. Limited to 2 dogs per pod.
- Guests must bring their own beds, bowls and food. We supply doggy bags and doggy bag bins only.
- Dogs are not permitted on the furniture.
** If a pet is brought to the property without prior notice or payment, we reserve the right to automatically apply the pet fee to your booking. This fee will be added to your bill and deducted from the card on the account. We kindly ask that all guests disclose pets at time of booking to avoid any misunderstandings. Thank you!

We are open all year round so you can stay whenever you like.
There is a designated parking area next to each pod. Only one vehicle per pod, except by prior arrangement. Extra vehicles not permitted except by prior arrangement
Our power is generated from renewable resources using a combination of wind turbines, ground source heat pumps and solar panels to allow our pods to be energy self sufficient.
We have seven pods on our site. Ash, Beech, Chestnut, Elm, Ivy, Hazel and Willow.
