I’ve never been to Scotland, so my husband booked this to stay in, to then travel around and do some pretty walks. Stunning is all I can say, the details in the pod are gorgeous. It smelled good & was spotless. The airfryer was super handy, we had a steak night the first night. Incredible views (especially from the hot tub) which was clean and very secluded for a private experience. Lovely little ride up to the pods. You let yourself in remotely, with a key code & everything you could need is covered in the booklet. Handy having a tv kitted out, with various apps too. We did pay for the extras for the fire pit/ marshmallows, but didn’t actually end up using it (just ate the marshmallows 🫶🏼😆) 10/10 recommend & we would gladly stay again, after travelling up from County Durham. Great choice of takeaways that deliver straight to your pod (menus in pack). We’ve just came back from an amazing 2night stay at Timber Valley pods. It’s set in a lovely quiet location with stunning views of the surrounding fields. All the pods have your own private outdoor seating area & hot tub. We took advantage of hiring the bbq & fire pit which was great for sitting in the evening relaxing in the peace & quiet when not in the hot tub. The check in was very easy, key in the lockbox & code emailed to you. The pod was very clean, cosy & welcoming. It has everything you could need for preparing your meals. The fridge is a good size with a small freezer section for bags of ice etc. Tesco/Farmfoods is only a short 5min drive. There is a welcome book with everything you need to know about the pod & has great recommendations for sit in restaurants & takeaway places that deliver to site. We stayed with 2 adults & a 12yr old who was very comfortable on the pullout sofa bed. There was a tv & WiFi which came in handy for the 12yr old :) We had a wonderful time, the host was great & we would definitely book back in again.
